Warranty Service Request

Gree products come with a comprehensive 6 years parts and labour warranty. As the Australasian distributor for Gree products, Beijer Ref Australia holds the warranty for all Gree products sold by us in the region.

We hold a full range of spare parts locally for all the models we distribute and have a skilled technical team at the ready to provide assistance with design, service and after sales support.

Before requesting repairs under the conditions of warranty, please check the following:

  1. Have you followed the product user manual trouble shooting advice in the event of an error in operation?
  2. Has a hard reset been performed to the unit (power/isolator switch to the air conditioner been turned off 30 mins)?
  3. Check the drains and filters clean/clear of any obstructions
  4. Check that batteries are replaced in the remote control
  5. Has the installer been contacted to check his installation?

Please ensure you have proof of purchase documentation before submitting your warranty claim.

I agree that if the service call to the installed product is diagnosed as non-warranty and/or no defective part(s)/component(s) are diagnosed, repaired and or replaced by the Gree Australia warranty service agent, then it is not covered by the warranty terms and conditions. A tax invoice will be issued to me for the Gree Australia warranty service agent’s time, which I agree to pay promptly.
